Please find below the link to our nomination forms on our website. Please ensure these are completed and provided to YNA prior to the 17th of November on yassnetball2582@gmail.com. If you are unable to attend for either of these dates, please complete the absentee form also located on our website.

As there will likely be restrictions on numbers, we will require the have numbers prior to the date of the trials to enable us to make the required COVID safe arrangement. Please click here, to nominate using the registration form.
